While not technically a “package,” these Gallerist download cards for Philly band The Gallerist are fresh in terms of concept and function. Because most independent bands rely on digital sales of their music, there isn’t anything available in the way of a three-dimensional, real-world object to go along with the music one purchases. Say hello to the “broadside-download-card,” a mini-poster, if you will, of the album artwork. The band hand-stamped the unique download codes on the backs of the card.
